A CÉSAR FERREIRA – AUTHOR MENTORING and/or its directors and employees are not responsible nor can they be held responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data or content placed directly by the user, who will be fully responsible.

The user agrees not to transmit to this digital platform any illicit, threatening, insulting, racist, discriminatory, accusatory, defamatory, offensive, obscene, scandalous or pornographic content, or any other content that may constitute or encourage conduct that calls for violence and illicit acts, reserving the right to delete any message with such content.

The user also undertakes not to carry out any operations that may harm the functioning of the discussion areas of the digital platform or to access an area/account and its contents without the respective authorization, test, evaluate or break the vulnerability of the installed security, install or attempt to install viruses or programs that damage and/or contaminate it, trigger or attempt to trigger “denial of service” type attacks or advise third parties to do so.

The user undertakes not to insert messages of an advertising nature (except in cases expressly authorized by CÉSAR FERREIRA – AUTHOR MENTORING, in which case the user is obliged to comply with the legislation in force, namely the Advertising Code) or its own promotion. Failure to comply with ethical rules of use and good manners will result in the user being removed from the aforementioned services, and usurpation, counterfeiting, use of usurped or counterfeited content, illegitimate identification and unfair competition will be punished under the terms of current legislation.

A CÉSAR FERREIRA – AUTHOR MENTORING will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or ordering disclosure of the identity of, or assistance in identifying or locating, anyone transmitting such content.

The user will be held liable for failure to comply with the Terms of Use of this digital platform in accordance with applicable civil and criminal legislation. CÉSAR FERREIRA – AUTHOR MENTORING may, based on a participation or communication, determine whether the content transmitted to this digital platform by any user is violating the terms and conditions and determine its removal.

 The user of this digital platform agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the CÉSAR FERREIRA – AUTHOR MENTORING and/or its directors and employees from and against any claim or demand made by any third party, as well as all associated obligations, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from and/or related to the use of this digital platform by the user, content transmitted by the user to this digital platform, violation by the user of any third party rights and/or violation by the user of the Terms of Use.

4. Jurisdiction

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set out herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law. The user irrevocably accepts the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts to settle any dispute arising from and/or related to the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, also made available herein, and the use of this digital platform.
